# I’ve been selected for a collaboration. How do I know if the product(s) is on its way to me?

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking link will be visible on your profile under the **My Collaborations** section. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact the mail provider directly using the tracking information displayed in the link.
