  • How do I opt-in to a collaboration?
    When a new brand collaboration launches that matches your profile, you’ll receive an email from noreply@communityxseen.com with the opportunity to opt in. Simply open the email, click the Opt-in button and complete the opt-in form. Opt-ins will only be processed once you’ve clicked the Submit button on the form. Please note, opting in to a campaign does not guarantee participation - it simply registers your interest.Few readers
  • How do I know if I’ve been selected for a brand collaboration?
    Only successful opt-ins will be notified via email. Look out for a “You’re in” email from noreply@communityxseen.com related to the campaign you opted in to. If you do not receive a “You’re in” email, you have not been successfully selected for that specific campaign. Don’t be discouraged from opting in to future campaigns, as we have new collaborations each week across different beauty categories - there will be plenty more opportunities.Few readers
  • I’ve been selected for a collaboration. How do I know if the product(s) is on its way to me?
    Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking link will be visible on your profile under the My Collaborations section. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact the mail provider directly using the tracking information displayed in the link.Few readers
  • Why am I not being selected for collaborations?
    Every brand collaboration comes with its own set of guidelines, and unfortunately not every profile will meet this criteria. Don’t be discouraged from opting in to future campaigns, as we always have new collaborations each week across different beauty categories - there will be plenty more opportunities.Few readers
