  • How do I change my country of residence on my account?
    To change your country of residence: Log in to the CXS platform. Click on the pencil icon in the About You section. Edit your country of residence and click Save. If your country of residence is no longer supported, don’t worry - you can join our waitlist and we’ll keep you updated when we launch in your location.Few readers
  • How do I reset my password?
    If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to update it, simply click Forgot Password on the Log In page. Enter the email address you used to sign up to CXS, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password securely. Follow the link, choose a new password, and you’ll be ready to log back in.Few readers

  • How do I change the social media profiles linked to my account?
    Log in to the CXS platform. Click on the pencil icon in the About Your Content section. Edit your social media profile handles and click Save. Don’t forget that at least one of your Instagram or TikTok accounts must have a minimum of 1,000 followers.Few readers
  • How do I update my email address linked to my account?
    To change your linked email address: Log in to the CXS platform. Click on the pencil icon on your Profile Photo or go to Account Settings. Click Edit on Account Settings, update your email address, and click Save. Remember, next time you log in to the CXS platform, use your updated email address.Few readers
  • How do I unsubscribe from CXS?
    Whilst we’re sad to see you go, you can unsubscribe from CXS at any time. To unsubscribe: Log in to your account. Click Unsubscribe in the top right of your profile page and follow the prompts to confirm. Once your request is complete, your account will be deactivated and your personal data securely deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
